Product introduction and advantage

Slotted pipe is widely used for oil filters, they can filter out 99% of the sand, which greatly reduces the maintenance rate of the tube, and also improve the tube’s strength, integrality and stability of keeping off the sand.

The slotted pipe is produced using laser cutting technology, the slot is with high precision, good edge verticality, trimming smooth without glitches and etc.

The slotted pipes using in oil exploration can prevent 99%sand,decrease80% of wel heavy repairand increase the oil well’ strengh, integrality and stability of keeping off sand.Meanwhile,the laser incision can make very small scuts with smooth surface and high precision.Although its structure is simple,it is very effective. It has small cuts of 0.1-0.5mm in the tube wall.

1. Our perforated pipe use J55/K55/N80 casing and tubings of API standard, with High overall strength, not so easy to deformation.

2. The edge of the slot is vertical, smooth, without burrs, and the slot is uniformity.

3. The perforated pipe is suitable for sandy well, which the diameter of the sand greater than 0.3mm.

4. The slot can be longitudinal and transverse, the section of the slot can be parallel and trapezoidal types, with a wide open area.

5. Slot pipe has a big inner diameter.
