Product introduction
Bridge Slot Screen have bridge openings arranged in rows and are staggered to reduce the negative effect on the screen's strength. Typically the slots are punched in a flat sheet that is subsequently rolled into a tube and welded. Normally, we choose galvanized or coated Q235(ASTM A53) carbon steel,stainless steel or anti-corrosive coating and anti-rust coating are available in accordance with the requirements of customers. The diameter and slot size and thickness can be designed by our engineer as per the clients’ special requirements.
The Spiral style Bridge slot screen is a kind of spiral screen pipe which has the bridge shape slot, it’s welded by the double-side automatic submerged arc welding technology. Compared with the traditional Bridge slot screen, it’s welding line is more full and even, more reasonable in design and with a unique structure, more sophisticated and with a reliable quality. The compression resistance of the screen is much higher than the traditional one’s. The screen is the ideal substitute product of modern drilling industry which is also applied in hydrogeologic prospecting, well drilling, shaft sinking, reservoir precipitation , foundation dig precipitation ,mining & mineral processing ,geothermal exploitation ,mineral water supply, metallurgical geology, refining & petrochemical ,geothermal air-conditioner ,broken well remediation, underground water lifting, agricultural transformation, city water supply, etc.

The material and the surface treatment for the Bridge slot screen
1.Normally we have Q235 carbon steel bridge slot screen,which on the surface got galvanized or painted with anti-corrosive coating.
2.If there have contains corrosive chemical elements or for the higher cost and long-lasting life well design project,we can also provide stainless steel and anti-corrosive coating pipe.
Usually the length of Bridge Slot Screen is 3.05m,and our engineer also can design the products and supply the best solution as per the clients requirements.
